Counselling
Department store employees often face significant customer service pressures. In 2024, SKM HQ and department stores planned and provided various mental health promotion and care measures to target their specific needs. These included inviting occupational specialists for counseling services, organizing mental and physical health seminars and courses, and conducting a psychological health survey among all employees. High-risk individuals identified from this survey were targeted for additional support, including improvement plans, medical assistance, and health monitoring. The goal is to enhance the mental health of 50% of sub-healthy employees participating in these activities by 2025, continuing to strengthen employees' mental and physical health through various health promotion and care measures.

Health Activities
SKM promotes some health activities to provide relevant information, such as fat burning, strength training, aerobic exercises, relaxation and stretching yoga to create a healthy workplace.
Walking Activities
Considering that the majority of SKM HQ employees work at a desk and may experience problems associated with prolonged sitting and lack of exercise, employees are rewarded for participating in walking activities as a way to promote the establishment of self-management and exercise habits.
In 2024, SKM hosted two walking events, encouraging employees to reach 8,000 steps each day. The first event included all HQ employees, while the second event was expanded to all employees across our 15 department stores. The two events reduced 6,428.624 kgCO2e and 34,069.985 kgCO2e, respectively, totaling a reduction of 40,498.609 kgCO2e.

The Stress Relief Massage
To reduce and relax the physical strength of the body, perform regular massage activities, and relieve symptoms such as "head, shoulder, neck fatigue pain".
Workplace Maternity Protection Program
Female employees who are pregnant, within one year postpartum, breastfeeding, or of childbearing age and have concerns about workplace health and their own needs can apply for the program. Once approved, occupational safety and health personnel and medical staff will visit the individual's work environment, assess and classify risks using the Workplace Hazard Assessment and Maternal Health Protection Measures form. Individuals are required to fill out the Self-Assessment Form of Health Status for Workers who are Pregnant or within One Year Postpartum and arrange for occupational health consultations. If work or working hours need to be adjusted according to the assessment, the wishes of the individual should be respected, and the outcome and measures should be communicated to them.
