Organizational Structure

The board of directors is the highest governing body at SKM. In compliance with the Regulations Governing Procedures for Board Meetings, SKM convenes a board meeting every three months. Chaired by the chairman, board meetings are responsible for establishing the organization's objectives, missions, strategies, and plans and ensuring the organization has robust policies and internal control systems in place to monitor the organization's overall health and performance. In April 2023, SKM added the Board of　Directors office, responsible for matters relating to the board of directors. In April 2024, SKM established the Public Affairs Division to handle government, media, and community affairs. The President, under the board, manages nine departments/divisions, leveraging professional division of labor to enhance functionality across all levels and departments/divisions.
